Great Rates

Our rates for both cabins are divided into 2 seasons. Rates are based on double occupancy (2 guests) and include housekeeping fees. Our pet fee is $30 per stay. The Hocking County lodging tax is 6% and the State of Ohio sales tax is 7%, which will be calculated at the time of reservation. There is a two night minimum stay.

Shadyside Cabin

March 1 through October 31:

$175 per night weekdays and $230 per night weekends (Friday and Saturday).

November 1 through February 28

$155 per night weekdays and $200 per night weekends.

At Shadyside, each additional guest over 12 years old adds a $15 charge per night. All child guests, ages 2 through 12 years old, adds a $10 charge per night. Children under 2 years are free. Occupancy is limited to 6 guests.

Pinewood Cabin

March 1 through October 31:

$115 per night weekdays and $160 per night weekends (Friday and Saturday).

November 1 through February 28

$105 per night weekdays and $135 per night weekends.

At Pinewood, each additional guest over 12 years old adds a $10 charge per night. All children 12 and under are free. Occupancy is limited to 4 guests.

The Cottage

March 1 through October 31:

$150 per night weekdays and $200 per night weekends

November 1 through February 28

$120 per night weekdays and $175 per night weekends

Reservation Policies

  • Reservation of a a Thursday/Friday or Saturday/Sunday combination will be invoiced at weekend rates for both nights.
  • $30 pet fee per stay. Maximum of 2 dogs covered in fee. Well-behaved, non-aggressive dogs only. Sorry, no puppies or cats/kittens. Please see our guidelines.
  • A credit card is required to reserve a cabin. American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa are accepted via PayPal. After a reservation request is received, we will send a PayPal invoice. Once you have completed the PayPal payment, we will e-mail your rental agreement for signature.
  • Reservation deposit: 50% of total is required when booking. The balance is due at check-in.
    Cancellations within 7 days of reservation or NO SHOWS will forfeit 100% of deposit amount if we are unable to re-rent cabin.
  • Full refund will be granted for a documented emergency presented in writing.
  • We gladly welcome children. However, children must be supervised at all times. The Marsh Hollow property is best suited for children 7 years and older.
  • We do not rent to persons under 21. NO HOUSE PARTIES.
  • Check-in: 3 p.m./Check-out: 10:30 a.m.
  • NO SMOKING in cabin. Smoking is permitted on the deck. Please use ashtrays provided.
  • Quiet time from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Note: A phone is provided for local and long distance calls without charge. There is NO cell phone service in this area.
