Inside the cabin

Located among the trees in the Hocking Hills, Pinewood cabin was constructed of red pine logs cut on the property. The rustic interior is unique! In addition, the cabin is equipped with satellite TV, Blue-ray player, sound system, WIFI, and telephone. A small collection of DVDs is available. In the summer, two window air conditioners cool the cabin. In the winter, a gas “wood” stove along with electric heat keeps the cabin warm and cozy with its cheery fire.  View our photo gallery below to see all of the features, inside and out! Pinewood Cabin features a bedroom with queen-size bed, bathroom with shower/tub, and a fully furnished kitchen. The living room, with cathedral ceiling, includes room for a queen-size air mattress if requested. The cabin sleeps 1-4 and is perfect for a couple or family with small children.

Outside the cabin

A large covered deck wraps around the front of the cabin, with a lovely view of the meadow and wooded hillside. The deck is furnished with rocking chairs, picnic table, and propane grill.

Step down from the main deck to the private hot tub deck. Slip into a Marsh Hollow robe after a soothing visit to the hot tub. Canoeing, fishing, hiking, and horseback riding are nearby. In addition to your outdoor adventures, sample the fine dining at local inns & restaurants, schedule an in-cabin massage, and shop for antiques, and arts & crafts.

Enjoy a campfire (firewood provided) under the stars while planning the next day’s adventures in the Hocking Hills.
