Reservation Policies

  • Reservations require a credit card. We accept MasterCard and Visa via Intuit. Once you have completed the Intuit payment, we will e-mail your rental agreement for signature.
  • Reservation deposit: 50% of total is required when booking. The balance is due thirty days before check-in.
    Cancellations: 30+ days beforeĀ  check-in, 100% refund (except reservation fee); four weeks until 2 weeks before check-in, the cancellation charge is 50% and from 2 weeks until check-in, the cancellation charge is 100%.
  • We gladly welcome children. However, adults must supervise children at all times. The Marsh Hollow property is best suited for children 7 years and older.
  • We do not rent to persons under 21. NO HOUSE PARTIES.
  • Check-in: 4 p.m./Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
  • NO SMOKING in cabin. We permit smoking on the decks/patio. Please use ashtrays provided.
  • Quiet time from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
  • Returning guests receive 10% off lodging charges plus an additional 4% if reservation is booked over the phone at 740-279-2966.

Note: We provide a landline phone for local and domestic long distance calls without charge. There is NO cell phone service in this area. However, if your cell phone supports Wifi calling, guests will be able to make cell phone calls.
