Last year we decided to sell our little Marsh Hollow rental cabin business. We’ve been jumpling through hoops every since to meet this goal! But today, we finally closed on the sale of our beautiful Shadyside Cabin, which we built in 2013. If you have an existing reservation for Shadyside, it will still be honored and it is still under the management of Book Hocking, our property manager. Shadyside just has different owners now.

We are in the process of selling Pinewood Cabin to our daughter and her husband, who will continue offering it as a unique log cabin vacation rental. They are excited about continuing the Marsh Hollow tradition of rustic comfort and charm in a pet friendly environment. Until the sale is closed Book Hocking will continue serving as the property manager for Pinewood.
