To cut to the chase: Marsh Hollow returning guests are eligible for a 10% discount on lodging charges, plus 4% more if they book over the phone. Please call 740-279-2966 to make your reservation and to lock in this discount. It applies to guests booking after November 1, 2025. If you booked before that, your rates are likely the lowest you are eligible for.

Pricing for our cabins is now being handled by a property management company, BookHocking. Bookhocking.com is a growing property management company with cabins all over the County. We have just completed one week with them. And while we are still ironing out a few wrinkles, it has been a relief of time and worry to have them working with us. They use a now common pricing formula: dynamic pricing. This pricing uses a “supply & demand” approach. When there are more cabins available at a time, prices will be lower. But as demand increases and reservations are harder to find, prices go up. We are curious to learn how this all works out.

John, who has been our operations manager since 2014, also needs this relief of time and worry to attend to his health needs. We are grateful for his years of service and wish him well in getting the care he deserves.
